 Our repair department is
capable of repairing your instrument down to the
component level, including surface mounted integrated
circuits and discrete components that many other service
centers won’t touch. This is one of the reasons we are
able to repair your unit quickly with minimal costs.Another bonus is we have test
fixtures. This means we only need the circuit boards
that may be causing the problem instead of the whole
unit. This is how we are able to repair Home product
from across the country with minimal cost of shipping.
We currently only repair
Kurzweil products, but we are in the process of becoming
a authorized repair center for other manufacturers.
In many cases your instrument
may not be broken and just needs a hard reset.
A hard reset will erase the
user memory and restore all the factory presets. I
advise, if possible, to back up your work before
performing a hard reset. Consult your owners’ manual to
find out how to back up / save your work..
